Ingredients

1 cup matzo meal
3 large eggs large
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 each apples thinly sliced
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/2 cup water

Directions

Beat all ingredients, mixing well.

Add apples. Drop by spoonfuls into hot oil.

Fry til golden brown. Serve warm. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.
