1 Loaf

| 1/2 | cup | water | |
| 1 1/2 | large | eggs | beaten |
| 3 | tablespoons | butter | or margarine |
| 3 | tablespoons | sugar | |
| 1 | pinch | salt | |
| 1 | tablespoon | xanthan gum | |
| 1 | cup | gluten free flour mix | |
| 1 | cup | rice flour | white |
| 2 | teaspoons | yeast, active dry | quick rise |

| 1/2 | cup | butter | melted |
| 1 | cup | sugar | |
| 1 1/2 | teaspoons | cinnamon | |
| 1 | cup | nuts | finely chopped |
| 1/2 | cup | raisins, seedless | |
Upon completeion of dough cycle, divide dough into small balls (just smaller than an egg) and dip into 1/2 C melted butter and then in the sugar mixture (1 Csugar, 1-1/2 tsp. cinnamon, 1 cup finely copped nuts 1/2 cup raisins or craisins).
Place in a greased tube or loaf pan, cover with a towel and let rise (draft free) for 30 to 40 mins.
Bake in pre-heated 375 F. oven for 45 mins.
This came out terrible. We were not able to eat it. The individual dough balls did not cook into eachother to become a bread. Total waste of ingredients!
