| 2/3 | cup | peanut butter | creamy |
| 1/3 | cup | applesauce | |
| 1/4 | cup | apple | unpared, finely chopped |
| 4 | each | bacon slices | crisply cooked, crumbled |
| 1 | x | lettuce |
Lightly spread bread with butter.
In small bowl, combine peanut butter and applesauce, mix until smooth.
Stir in apple and bacon.
Spread 4 slices with filling.
Top with lettuce and remaining slices.
