This is a great salad. Watch out don't add to much cinnamon it could overpower the mixture.

Ingredients

3/4 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon, ground
8 ounces cream cheese softened
6 ounces yogurt, non-fat plain
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
6 large apples peeled, cored and chopped
1 1/2 cups walnuts chopped
1 cup cranberries, dried
1/4 cup walnuts chopped

Directions

Combine the brown sugar and cinnamon in a large bowl.

Whisk in the softened cream cheese, yogurt, and vanilla until smooth.

Stir the apples, 1 1/2 cups of walnuts, and the dried cranberries Spoon salad into a serving bowl and garnish with the remaining 1/4 cup of chopped walnuts.

Keep chilled until serving.
