| 1/2 | cup | oatmeal | |
| 2 | teaspoons | honey | |
| 1/4 | teaspoon | salt | |
| 3/4 | cup | flour, all-purpose | |
| 1/4 | teaspoon | baking soda | |
| 1/4 | cup | butter | softened |
| 4 | tablespoons | buttermilk |
Do not grease cookie sheet.
Grind 1/2 cup oatmeal in blender until fine.
Add honey, salt, flour and soda.
Cut in butter. Add buttermilk.
Roll very thin, cut with animal cookie cutters.
Bake at 400 degrees until brown (10 to 12 minutes).
Bake leftover pieces too.
