| 225 | grams | grapes, seedless | green |
| 3 | tablespoons | sugar | finely ground |
| 1/2 | teaspoon | black pepper | freshly ground |
| 1 | teaspoon | cumin seeds | roasted, ground |
| 1/2 | teaspoon | salt | |
| 2 | teaspoons | lemon juice | |
| 3 | cups | water | ice cold |
| 1 | x | mint sprigs | fresh, few sprigs |
Wash grapes and crush them throughly. Pour in water. Mix well. Strain through a sieve. Add all the seasonings. Mix well. Chill. Serve, garnished with mint leaves.

Over all a good recipe. I only added 1 tsp. of salt. After it was done I think even less salt could have been used. I also added 1 tsp. of minced garlic.
