Ingredients

225 grams grapes, seedless green
3 tablespoons sugar finely ground
1/2 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
1 teaspoon cumin seeds roasted, ground
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons lemon juice
3 cups water ice cold
1 x mint sprigs fresh, few sprigs

Directions

Wash grapes and crush them throughly. Pour in water. Mix well. Strain through a sieve. Add all the seasonings. Mix well. Chill. Serve, garnished with mint leaves.

MAKES: 6 large glasses

German Applesauce Meatloaf

Over all a good recipe. I only added 1 tsp. of salt. After it was done I think even less salt could have been used. I also added 1 tsp. of minced garlic.
