| 2 | cups | sugar | |
| 1 | cup | vegetable oil | |
| 3 | large | eggs | |
| 3 | cups | flour, all-purpose | |
| 1 | teaspoon | salt | |
| 1 | teaspoon | baking soda | |
| 1 | teaspoon | cinnamon | |
| 2 | teaspoons | vanilla extract | |
| 2 | cups | apples | chopped, peeled |
| 1 | cup | nuts |
Grease 2 loaf pans.
In a large bowl beat together the sugar, oil and eggs.
In a separate bowl sift together the flour, salt, baking soda, and cinnamon.
Add the dry ingredients to the sugar mixture.
Add the vanilla, apples, and nuts.
Pour the batter into the prepared pans. Bake in a 325 F over for 1 hour.
