Ingredients

2 pounds ground beef
1 cup onion chopped
1 tablespoon garlic chopped
1/4 cup chili powder
1 tablespoon cumin ground
28 ounces tomatoes, canned crushed, with added puree
1 1/2 cups beef broth
2 cups corn kernels fresh or frozen
15 1/4 ounces kidney beans drained
1/4 cup cilantro fresh, chopped

Directions

Cook beef in heavy large pot over med. heat until brown, crumbling with fork, about 10 mins.

Add onion, garlic, chili powder, and cumin and cook 5 mins.

stirring frequently. Mix in crushed tomatoes, beef broth, corn, and kidney beans and bring to boil.

Reduce heat and simmer until thickened, about 30 mins.

Mix in cilantro.

Provolone Oregano Focaccia

I made this without the garlic and provolone, and it still turned out great. It delicious despite of my minor baking disaster. There was a glob of old, solidified, banana bread hidden on the bottom of my oven that started smoking like crazy while I was baking the focaccia! I had to stop baking half way through because the smoke was getting too thick...
