| 2 | cups | milk | |
| 3/4 | cup | sugar | |
| 1/2 | cup | biscuit baking mix (bisquick) | |
| 4 | large | eggs | |
| 1/4 | cup | butter | |
| 1/2 | teaspoon | vanilla extract | |
| 1 | cup | coconut |
Combine everything but coconut in blender on low for 3 minutes.
Pour into pie plate, let sit for 5 min.
Top with coconut.
Bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
