This is the easiest boozy milkshake you’ll ever make: vanilla ice cream plus amaretto, blended smooth and served ice-cold.

The almond liqueur flavors the vanilla without overpowering it, creating a drink that tastes like liquid almond cookies.

Top it with a maraschino cherry for that classic cocktail touch.

Kitchen Tips

  • Soften slightly: Let the ice cream sit at room temp for 5 minutes before blending so it’s easier to blend smooth without overworking the motor.
  • Adjust strength: Start with the recommended amount of amaretto and add more to taste; too much makes it syrupy instead of creamy.
