Ingredients

1 cup amaranth flour
1 1/2 cups brown rice flour or whole-wheat flour
1 tablespoon baking powder non-alum
1 teaspoon sea salt optional
1 cup milk soy milk or water
3 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Directions

----------------------------IF USING RICE FLOUR----------------------------

2 Egg whites; beaten Mix dry and liquid ingredients separately; beat egg whites, then combine all ingredients.

Pour batter into well-oiled 8" x 4" pan and bake at 350 degrees F. about 45 minutes. Cool 10 minutes before removing loaf to rack.

Al And Tipper Gore's Chinese Chicken with Walnuts

This recipe calls for a "Chinese" chicken which I don't have. I do have a chicken from Albania and one from Mexico (but I don't think it is legal). Would it increase global warming if I was to fly one in from mainland China?
