Ingredients

1 cup vanilla wafers crumbs
1/4 cups butter or margarine, melted
16 ounces cream cheese softened
1/3 cups sugar
2 tablespoons milk
2 large eggs large eggs
1/2 cups macadamia nuts toasted
8 1/2 ounces pineapple, canned canned, crushed and drained
1 medium kiwi fruit peeled and sliced

Directions

Combine crumbs and butter or margarine; press onto bottom of 9-inch springform pan.

Bake at 350 degrees F., 10 minutes.

Combine cream cheese, sugar and milk, mixing at medium speed on electric mixer until well blended.

Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well well after each addition.

Stir in nuts; pour over crust.

Bake at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes.

Loosen cake from rim of pan; cool before removing rim of pan.

Chill. Before serving, top with fruit.
