| 1 | cup | vanilla wafers | crumbs |
| 1/4 | cups | butter | or margarine, melted |
| 16 | ounces | cream cheese | softened |
| 1/3 | cups | sugar | |
| 2 | tablespoons | milk | |
| 2 | large | eggs | large eggs |
| 1/2 | cups | macadamia nuts | toasted |
| 8 1/2 | ounces | pineapple, canned | canned, crushed and drained |
| 1 | medium | kiwi fruit | peeled and sliced |
Combine crumbs and butter or margarine; press onto bottom of 9-inch springform pan.
Bake at 350 degrees F., 10 minutes.
Combine cream cheese, sugar and milk, mixing at medium speed on electric mixer until well blended.
Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well well after each addition.
Stir in nuts; pour over crust.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes.
Loosen cake from rim of pan; cool before removing rim of pan.
Chill. Before serving, top with fruit.
