| 1 1/4 | cups | flour, all-purpose | |
| 1 | teaspoon | baking powder | |
| 1/4 | teaspoon | salt | |
| 1/2 | cup | butter | |
| 1/2 | teaspoon | vanilla extract | |
| 1/2 | teaspoon | almond extract | |
| 1 | cup | coconut | flaked |
Combine all ingredients thoroughly in a large bowl except coconut. Blend well with mixer. Stir in coconut, mix thoroughly.
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto a cookie sheet. Bake at 375F for 10-12 min, cool.
