Ingredients

1/2 cup water
2 cups bread flour
1 tablespoon milk, skim, (non fat) powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon butter
1/4 cup yogurt lemon flavour
1 1/2 tablespoons honey
1/4 cup almonds sliced and toasted
2 teaspoons lemon zest dried
2 tablespoons poppy seeds
1 teaspoon lemon extract
2 teaspoons yeast, active dry yeast

Directions

Follow the instructions for your breadmaker. Generally this is add all ingredients in the order listed and push start.

Yields a 1 pound loaf
