Put the All Bran, sugar, fruit and milk into a basin and mix.
Leave for ten minutes.
Then stir in 1 cup of flour to the mixture.
Put in a *greased and floured loaf tin on bottom shelf Gas No. 6 for 1 ΒΌ hours.
