Ingredients

3 large egg whites beaten stiff
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
20 each soda crackers coarsely broken
1/2 cup pecans chopped

Directions

Beat egg whites until stiff; add baking powder and beat more. Add sugar and vanilla; beat again. Fold in crackers and pecans.

Put in buttered pie plate and bake at 300 degrees F for 30 minutes. Let cool and top with Cool Whip and chopped pecans.

Pork Chops and Fried Rice

I wasn't sure how this would taste but it was great. my family doesn't eat much but after dinner there was nothing to put away!! They all ask for it at least once a week. I added a little bit more bacon though and some vegitables.
