Ingredients

1cup asparagus pieces
1cup broccoli florets flowerets
1cup carrots
1cup spinach
1x nonstick cooking spray *
1can soup, cream of mushroom condensed
2tablespoon onions finely chopped
1teaspoon thyme leaves *
1/2cup water
1x salt to taste*
1x black pepper freshly ground*

Directions

Layer asparagus, broccoli, carrots, and spinach in a baking dish covered with vegetable cooking spray. Blend remaining ingredients.

Pour over vegetables. Cover. Bake at 350 degree F for 30 to 40 minutes, or until vegetables are tender.

The flavor was good but the water added made it too watery and thin. Also the spinach gets way too mushy.
