Press graham cracker crumbs mixed with melted butter, powdered sugar, and a touch of flour into a springform pan, chill while you beat cream cheese with eggs and sugar until smooth.

Pour into the crust and bake at 350 degrees for exactly twenty minutes.

Cool completely, then get creative: top with fresh or canned fruit, or fold in coffee, almonds, or pumpkin with spices before baking.

Serves eight with endless variation possibilities.

Pro Tips

  • Grease only the bottom of springform pan so crust doesn’t climb sides during baking
  • Bake for exactly 20 minutes for creamy texture; overbaking creates dry cheesecake
  • Customize with coffee, almond extract, or pumpkin spice folded into filling before baking
