Ingredients

2 quarts water
1 quart tomatoes and juice
1 cup cereal 7 grain
1 can green beans, canned with juice
3 each celery stalk chopped
1 can corn, canned, whole kernels with juice
6 ounces mushrooms sliced, 1 jar
3 cups squash cubed
1 tablespoon onion powder
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon celery seeds
1 x sea salt to taste, or vegetable seasoning
1 x canola oil
1 x parsley leaves

Directions

Bring water to a boil, then add remaining ingredients (except for canola oil and parsley).

Bring back to boil and simmer, covered for 1 hour.

Add 1 tablespoon of AM Canola Oil before serving, and a handful of chopped parsley.

Any other vegetables of choice may be added or substituted.
