7 Minute Boiled Crawfish

Ingredients

50 pounds crawfish live
2 each salt ice cream, boxed
4 ounces liquid crab boil
3 each cayenne pepper
6 each bay leaves
6 each celery ribs
4 medium onions
3 each lemons or 1 teaspoon lemon oil
8 ounces honey
3 each oranges halved

Directions

Fill a 60 quart pot 1/2 full.

Add all ingredients except crawfish and bring to a boil.

Add crawfish.

When it boils agains, time for 7 minutes.

Remove from fire, add one bucket cold water.

Let it soak for one hour.
