| 2 | quarts | water | |
| 1 | quart | tomatoes | and juice |
| 1 | cup | cereal | 7 grain |
| 1 | can | green beans, canned | with juice |
| 3 | each | celery stalk | chopped |
| 1 | can | corn, canned, whole kernels | with juice |
| 6 | ounces | mushrooms | sliced, 1 jar |
| 3 | cups | squash | cubed |
| 1 | tablespoon | onion powder | |
| 2 | teaspoons | garlic powder | |
| 1 | teaspoon | celery seeds | |
| 1 | x | sea salt | to taste, or vegetable seasoning |
| 1 | x | canola oil | |
| 1 | x | parsley leaves |
Bring water to a boil, then add remaining ingredients (except for canola oil and parsley).
Bring back to boil and simmer, covered for 1 hour.
Add 1 tablespoon of AM Canola Oil before serving, and a handful of chopped parsley.
Any other vegetables of choice may be added or substituted.

Absolutely great jelly! It received rave reviews! Wonderful served with softened cream cheese on crackers. I tried a mixture of apricots and nectarines it was wonderful too.
