Ingredients

16 ounces cream cheese or light cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 large eggs
1 each graham cracker pie crust 6 oz or 9 inch, prepared
2 cups assorted fruits fresh, sliced

Directions

Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended.

Add eggs; mix until blended. Pour into crust.

Bake at 350 degrees F, for 40 minutes or until center is almost set.

Cool. Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.

Top with fruit.
