| 16 | ounces | cream cheese | 2 packages, softened |
| 1/2 | cup | sugar | |
| 1/2 | teaspoon | vanilla extract | |
| 2 | large | eggs | |
| 4 | ounces | chocolate chips (semi-sweet) | |
| 1 | prepared | graham cracker pie crust |
* You can substitute light cream cheese.
Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla at medium speed until well blended. Blend in 2 eggs. Stir in chocolate chips then pour batter into graham cracker pie crust.
(you may sprinkle 1/4 cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips on top if you desire)
Bake at 350F for 40 min, or until center is almost set. Cool.
For best results refrigerate for 3 hours.

The one dish that defines Thanksgiving and the fact that the famous holiday warms your heart and your soul is dessert....
This turned out very well. Excellent colourful presentation on the plate, clear and fresh taste, one pan dish and solid Asian flavor. Actually I am in Beijing, China at the moment and just made this using ingredients I was able to find very easily simply walking around the block.
