Ingredients

16 ounces cream cheese softened
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 large eggs
1 each graham cracker pie crust ready crust

Directions

Mix cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla at medium speed with electric mixer until well blended.

Add eggs, mix until well blended.

Pour into crust.

Bake at 350F for 40 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool.

Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.

Top with fresh fruit; drizzle with 2 Tb. melted strawberry jelly.

Almond Cookies - Chinese-American

WOW, I have never tasted such yummy almond cookies before, in the afternoon, before dinner, it is really very perfect snack along with a glass of juice. When my mom showed them to me the first time, great! She made a lot. It is enough for a week, next week I will try again!
