Another version of the infamous $250 cookie that’s been passed around kitchens for decades.

Grind oats to powder, cream butter with both sugars, load up with chocolate chips, grated milk chocolate bar, and three cups of nuts.

Scoop golf-ball portions onto cookie sheets and bake at 350 degrees for barely six minutes.

Out comes three dozen cookies so loaded with good stuff they barely hold together, in the best possible way.

Kitchen Tips

  • Grind oatmeal to fine powder in blender for best texture integration
  • Add extra baking powder for softer, puffier cookies if preferred
  • Watch closely during baking as six minutes goes fast and overbaking dries them out

Make about 3 dozens.

Place golf ball sized cookie dough drops on an ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 350℉ (180℃) for 6 min (or so).
