I am looking for a recipe that Blue Bonnet
Bakery in Lawrence, Massachusetts use to use
on their birthday cakes. The bakery has been
closed for several years. This frosting was
the best I've ever had and I've never been
able to find anything close to it.

Chicken a la King

egg works fine if you temper it and don't overheat the sauce. the yolk adds a nice silky feel to the sauce.
