Call me Krest, aside for being a reader I also love to cook good & nutritious food that is why i join here. I have 3 kids, 2 girls & 1 boy. After working for over 17 years i decided to resign to stay home & look after my children. One dream i have in my heart now is a business related to food. I am expecting that through this, i will learn a lot and maybe soon can start a food business. God bless us all!

Fennel And Watercress Soup

I didn't have watercress but made it anyway. Loved it! In lieu of watercress I added a small amount of cheddar and fresh dill, which worked! I consider it a great base, and look forward to other variations. Maybe I'll even do the watercress someday.
