This recipe would be fine, going by the ingredient weights given (as professionals do). But in volume measurements, it's absolutely wrong. No way 1/4 cup of flour = 10.5 oz!!! If someone just followed the recipe by volume measurements, they'd get a frothy foam sludge kind of like a sourdough starter, but definitely not White Bread.

Delicious and easy. I had these Pecan Tassies at a Christmas party last nite. With all of the sweets on the table, this was, by far, the best thing there! The lady who made them said they are very easy. It's 8am and I've already put the ingredients on my grocery list. Merry Christmas from Trish
