  • Pineapple Upside-Down Cake (Skillet)

Although this was edible in the end, there were a few things wrong with it and I wont make it again.First no temp. for recipe,I guessed 350.Second the brown sugar/butter mix was runny, never becoming caramelized. The cake batter recipe was a small amount that barely covered over pineapple on bottom of 10 inch skillet and it had a dense rubbery like consistency. When removed from oven the cake shrank from sides making the plate flipping with runny topping a challenge.Lastly though I like lemon I did not like it in this cake with the pineapple. If you really want to make this, make it in a smaller pan.

  • Mihshi Malfuf Bi Zayt (Meatless Cabbage Rolls)

This is a really great recipe despite the deceptively simple ingrediant list.A wonderful vegetarian dish or cold snack.I mashed the chickpeas to make the filling easier to stuff.I also used brown rice.Really delicious!

  • Old-Fashioned Crumb Cake

Okay...There is a typo in this recipe but once you get past it this a wonderful easy moist delicious cake. The recipe states to reserve 1 cup of flour/butter/cinnamon mixture for top-Well if you follow that it is not sweet.....It has to be a mistake. So add sugar to flour mix before reserving.I did not have milk so I used buttermilk, second I added choc mini-morsels.Very good,Very!!

Blueberry Balsamic Chicken with Shallots

I love chicken, always want to find more excellent ways to cook chicken, this recipe is excellent, chicken turned out beautiful, I think the blueberry jam and balsamic vinegar marinated the chicken nicely, this weekend I will make it again.
