I followed the directions step by step, but they turned out like flat pancakes and tasted like too much like the herbs and not enough like the corn. They are messy and not easy to get in and out of the pan.
This recipie is harder to make than it seems. The dough I also found was too small and the temperature was too high and the empanadas burned a little, but they were good and fun to make. You just have to have patience.
This is a pretty quick an deasy recipe to make and it taste really good.
