  I didn't think the tomato puree was necessary. Once I eliminated that ingredient I found my guests loved the portk

• Spicy Tofu with Green Vegetables and Noodles

  Excellent quick recipe with lots of possible variations depending on what's in the cupboard.

• Naan

  Nice easy recipe, but next time I would use less salt. Didn't rise as I didn't have anywhere warm to leave it, but still made plenty and tasted great.
