And I also had a bunch of asparagus left too, and this recipe is very close to the cauliflower recipe, so I prepared this one at the same time, and roasted them together in the oven, and served asparagus with cauliflower, and they were both delicious.
Serve with steamed rice and pair with spiced ale or imperial brown ale.
