I tried this recipe and I would suggest going the old traditional over-based cooking route. I had to put it back in the microwave for another 15 minutes and the meat was still not cooked. I also wasn't sure about the milk. There weren't any instructions on how much milk to use so I left it out. Also I think maybe half an onion is enough. I found the whole onion to be a bit overwhelming. With a few tweaks this wouldn't be bad, but as it is, I think it needs a little work.

Tasty, easy to prepare, brandy recipe for boneless pork chops. Best with 1" thick chops, a leafy spinach salad with walnuts, rasberry vinaigrette dressing with a dash of balsimic vinegar, and a glass of dark earthy Merlot. One of my favorite discoveries.
