In Australia measuring cups are of a slightly different size than their North American counterparts. Here is a handy chart to help convert.

1 cup	1 cup plus 2 tablespoons
1 teaspoon	5 milliliters
1 tablespoon	1 tablespoon plus 1 1/2 teaspoons
1 tablespoon	20 milliliters
1 cup	250 milliliters

Creamy Avocado and White Bean Wrap

My husband made this recipe at lunch, we used the whole wheat tortillas, we used dry white beans, last night we put them into a cup of water,and the wraps went very well, we even didn't add salt, very light, yummy and healthy, I think we will make it very often.
