Absolutely delicious. It's a quiche phyllo tart, loved the idea to use phyllo pastry instead of traditional pie crust, which gave the nice and crispy texture and provided a lot less calories. Also loved the combination of spinach, ricotta, sweet potato and dill, there were so many flavors, creamy, refreshing and tasty. We had this yummy tart for dinner, and the leftover was put into an air-tight container and put in the frige. The next day we simply wrapped it with a aluminum foil, then reheated in 350 degrees F oven, it came out just like freshly baked. Yum!
